PREREQUISITE COURSES FOR International Business Transactions
This course addresses U.S. domestic, foreign and international law applicable to private cross-border transactions. These cross-border transactions include the sale of goods, project finance, cross-border distribution and franchising, cross-border technology licensing, formation of foreign branches and subsidiaries, and cross-border joint ventures and acquisitions.
